The Kent Cottage is in the quaint village, Sellindge, which is situated between Ashford and Folkestone. The village is located on the northern edge of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, a short-drive to serval seaside towns (such as Hythe, Folkstone and Dymechurch), a 15 minute drive to Ashford Designer Outlet and a short-distance from the impressive Chapel Down Vineyard. There is also an abundance of restaurants, pubs, and cafes as well as Conningbrook Lakes Country Park and Godinton House and Gardens.
The property boasts great transport links being only 15 minutes away from Ashford International Station (with trains into Kings Cross St Pancras within 40 minutes) and only 15 minutes drive from Eurotunnel Folkestone Terminal (which operates from Folkestone to Calais, via the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle service. The crossing to France takes approximately 35 minutes.)
